Ali Nuhu, one of Kannywood’s most celebrated actors, recently got his Twitter handle, ‘@alinuhu,’ verified by the social networking site and congratulatory messages by fans kept pouring in. 
Fans tweeted messages to @alinuhu to congratulate him for making proud the Hausa film industry. One of them simply known as Mr. E twitted: “Wow!!! You are the first northern Actor to be verified by twitter masha Allah sir! We’re really proud of you.”
Another fan, Abu-Bakar, who twitted via @SadeeqSOJ, said: “I would still congratulate you on your verification, do more for us bro.”
Mustapha Saeed @MustapherSaeed posted: “Just realising the blue-check mark next to @alinuhu’s handle, proud of him for being the first northern actor to be verified by twitter.”
Ali Nuhu has acted in many Hausa and English language films in Nigeria, including ‘Jarumin Maza,’ and ‘Wetin Dey,’ among others
