Malam Muhammad S. Rabi’u, acting head of the Department of Mass Communication, won The Most Outstanding Lecturer Award in the Faculty of Arts.
Others were Ahmad Muhammad Auwal, a 300-level student of the department, who got The Achiever of the Year Award; Mr. Personality Award was received by Douglas Aren Attah, 400-level student of the department.
 Ebenezer Philip, a 300-level student, was honoured with The Most Happening Male Student Award while The Best Dancer Award went to Alexander Apolo, 200-level Mass Communication student and Abiga Angel Sambo, 100-level Mass Communication, was recognised as Mr. Swag.
Responding after receiving the award, Malam Rabi’u said it was a big surprise as he never expected it.
According to him, “it is all so sweet, I am overjoyed,” thanking FASA for the recognition.
Ahmad Muhammad Auwal is a 300-level Mass Communication student at NSUK.
