The Chairman of Kwali Area Council, Hon. Nuhu Daniel Kwali, has assured National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members serving in the council of his administration’s commitment to improving their welfare.
Kwali gave the assurance on Thursday while addressing outgoing Batch B corps members at the council secretariat.

He commended the corps members for their outstanding service and dedication throughout their one-year national assignment, describing their contributions to the development of the area council as commendable.
According to him, the corps members demonstrated discipline, patriotism and professionalism, particularly through their contributions to education, healthcare, community development and other essential public services.

The chairman said their service had positively impacted the lives of residents and urged them to uphold the values of integrity, excellence and national unity as they move into the next phase of their careers and personal endeavours.

He wished the outgoing corps members success in their future pursuits and prayed for greater opportunities and divine guidance in their lives.

Kwali also reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to supporting youth-focused initiatives and commended the NYSC scheme for its continued role in promoting national integration and grassroots development.

He urged corps members still serving in the council to emulate the dedication and commitment demonstrated by their outgoing colleagues, assuring them of the council’s continued support, particularly with regard to their welfare.
