The Chairman of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Golf Association, Mr. Akabom Enebong has thrown his weight behind the newly unveiled Golf View Estate, located off the Abuja Airport Road, describing it as a step in the right direction for sports and urban development in the city.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony over the weekend, the chairman underscored the importance of integrating golf and other sports facilities into modern estates.

He cautioned that any new estate developments in the FCT without provision for such facilities risk sanctions from the appropriate authority under the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA)

The chairman further encouraged developers across Abuja to incorporate sports centres into their projects, noting that such initiatives would not only enrich residents’ lifestyles but also boost sports participation across the metropolis.

“We commend Golf View Estate for starting on a good note,” he said, applauding the developers for setting an example in aligning real estate growth with sports development.
