A foremost real estate investment firm, Jonnie Estate has officially unveiled its newest development in the fast-growing Maitama II axis of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Speaking at the launch in Abuja, Dr. Annie Abadariki, CEO of Journey Estate Surveyors and Developers, described the Splendor Ville Estate, as strategic and historic.

She said that the estate boasts of FCDA-approved allocations in Maitama II, a rapidly developing area with high growth potential.

“Much of this zone is still untapped, but our site is already bordered by a tarred expressway, a rare advantage.  With a new regional access road underway, accessibility will only improve,’’ she added.
