The President of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) chapter of the Nigerian Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Comrade Yakubu Al-Hassan Abubakar, was conferred with the Youth Ambassador award by a group, Kogi Youth Orientation Alliance (KYOA).
Chairman of the group, Comrade Ayodeji Emmahuel, while presenting the award said the recipient was able to ensure that FCT area council’s staff arrears and promotion as well as other welfares are accorded priority by the authorities of the councils.
He urged the recipient to keep on with his good work.
Responding, the FCT NULGE president, Comrade Al-Hassan Yakubu Abubakar, commended the group for honouring him, adding that he would continue to ensure prompt payment of their salaries/promotions.
