The chairmanship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for the Gwagwalada Area Council of the FCT, Ezekiel Umar Biko, has tasked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to conduct a free, fair, and credible election during the forthcoming council polls in the territory.
He also called on the people to come out in large numbers during the election to exercise their civic responsibility.
Biko, who spoke with journalists in Gwagwalada, appealed to candidates of other political parties in the area to shun campaigns of calumny during their electioneering activities.
