Malam Bello, while congratulating members of the board on their appointment, urged them to bring their wealth of experience to bear in the discharge of their duties.
He appealed to them to prioritize the rehabilitation of the Lower Usuma Dam and the ongoing Greater Abuja Water project, noting that the projects would not only positively impact on the residents, but also ensure that the FCT regained its prime position in the provision of potable water to the citizenry.
City & Crime reports that the eight-member board which has Engr Hassan Umar Danjuma as chairman and the GM of the FCT Water Board; Engr Tauheed Amusan as member, while Barr Patience Omadinihe will serve as legal adviser and secretary.
