The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has said it will create 5, 073 plots of land out of the four newly created districts in the phase IV south of the federal capital city, Abuja.

The Director of Land Administration in the FCTA, Adamu Hussaini Jibrin, who disclosed this last Thursday in Abuja, gave the four new district as Mamusa North, Mamusa East, Parfun North and Parfun South.

He said the districts had been designed based on neighbourhood concept of various densities – high, medium and low.

He said the designs would be provided with necessary supporting facilities of various sizes.

He added that out of the numbers of plots, Mamusa North will generate 1, 404 plots; Mamusa East, 1,313; Parfun North, 1,156; while Parfun South will provide 1,204.

He said that the four districts would provide a total of 4,818 residential plots, 117 commercial plots, 42 public institutions, 34 religious institutions, 41 green areas (recreational parks) while education and agriculture would have 19 and 2 respectively.

“As I speak, the department of survey and mapping is presently undertaking the detailed survey work of the four new districts to make them available for allocation, “ he said.
