FCTA to complete abandoned projects – Bello

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) will  complete all abandoned projects in the Federal Capital Territory to stimulate the desired economic activities.

The FCT Minister, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello made this known at the weekend when he paid an unscheduled visit to the Malaysian Gardens Estate.

The minister said  that his administration is already working to resolve problems stalling major projects in and around the Federal Capital City to ensure maximum utilization.

Conducting the minister and his delegation round the project site, the Chairman/Board of Directors of Global Formwork Limited (Malaysia Gardens), George Nwachukwu said he was in Malaysia for 19 years before the former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo invited him to come and invest in Nigeria.

According to him, the company has enough material on ground to complete 1,500 houses at the Malaysia Gardens, if the FCTA gives them the needed approvals.
