The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) says it plans to convert the FCT College of Education, Zuba, to a University of Education.

The Secretary for FCT Education Secretariat, Malam Sani El-Katuzu, who made the disclosure at a news conference, said the secretariat would do everything within the limit of resources available to ensure the actualisation of the establishment of the university.

He also said the FCTA administration would establish an FCT Polytechnic and adopt technology as a strong tool in the delivery of education services to the residents of the territory.
