The ex- Super Eagles star told Fever pitch yesterday that the Junior Eagles would be up against a team but not the name of a country.

He said there are no more minnows in international football and if the Eagles make the mistake of undermining the abilities of their opponents, they would pay dearly.

Ukaegbu said Guatemala may not be as popular as Nigeria when it comes to world football but Eagles be wary of their opponents.

“I want to advise the team not to underrate Guatemala. They should know that they are going to face an ambitious team but not the name the players are representing.

“If they make the mistake of looking down on their opponents, they might end up with disappointment. There are no more minnows in international football”.

Ukaegbu therefore charged the players to ensure they win the opening match as he said victory would boost the team’s chances and confidence.
