The Chairman of the Premiere Immigration and Advisory, Chief Austin Albert, has emphasized the need for the government to tap into the economic potential in the real estate sector, describing it as a catalyst to boost the country’s economy.
He stated this during a press conference in Lagos, saying that there are a retinue of foreign investors seeking to invest in the real sector.
“They want credible people they can do business with, and also we are trying to recommend to the government because if you can give exemption to oil and gas, maritime and all that, real estate is a very important vehicle for nation’s growth, finance, and economy. So if you tilt toward that, maybe not all, but specific regions, and you will make it lawful to price in foreign currency, that is going to give people in the diaspora , our clients, the opportunity to invest heavily.
“Nigeria is a very vibrant place for investment. We are having talks, making suggestions to see how the government can put all these things in place to instill confidence so that investors can come here,” he said.
He added that the firm is poised to providing tailored solutions across investment immigration, professional permanent residency, and international real estate investments
