The committe which was tasked to review the current scheme of service(2006)edition of local government employees in Nigeria was mandated to liase with the establishment department (OHCSF)  to incorporate  approved cadres in the scheme of service.
Submitting the report, the chairman of the committe, Barrister Umaru Ambursa said the review committee was guided by the inputs of stakeholders  aa contained in their submission.
He said the committee also takes cognisance of some of the inadequacies  of the current edition of the scheme and addressed them.
