FG should obey court judgement on NNN 10yr pension arrears

We write on behalf of the pensioners of the New Nigerian Newspapers NNN, formerly, a parastatal of the Federal Government under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of information. We served the company between 1975 and 2006 when the company was still a parastatal of the Federal Government.
Owing to prolonged non-payment of pensions and gratuity for over 10 years, the pensioners instituted a civil action against the Federal Government and the New Nigerian Newspapers to recover the arrears of pension and gratuity.
Judgment in the suit was delivered on 28th October, 2013 compelling the Federal Government and the New Nigerian Newspapers to pay all the accrued and outstanding arrears of pension and gratuity but up till now (about two years after the judgment) they have failed to comply with the court judgment and no appeal is pending.
The computed judgment debt from January, 2000 to March, 2015 amount to about N. Billion Naira (N8, Billion Naira only).
We humbly appeal to Your Excellency to order immediate compliance with the judgment of the court in the overall interest of justice in order to bring to an end the untold hardships inflicted on the pensioners which have so far claimed 200 lives. Thank you Sir.
