The company which engages in real estate marketing and property investment advisory service has over 300 offices worldwide with its head office in the United Kingdom.
 According to the company`s Country Managing Director John Strang, the opening of Abuja`s office is a way of responding to clients` needs by being closer to them to support their strategic, real estate initiatives.
“It also supports our goal as a company of becoming a household name for excellent real estate services in Nigeria. We have been in Abuja for six years and feel this is the right time to create a hub for all our activities,” he said.
Also speaking, Fine& Company Chairman Udo Maryanne Okonjo said the company with the Access Bank support financed Maitama Heights, a premium residential building.
She said, “After almost seven years of providing intelligent marketing real estate services to the upper percentile of Lagos market, and supporting a few other premium development clients such as the World Trade Centre, Asokoro Gardens,TIB amongst others on a project by project basis, we found it necessary to further deepen our impact in the capital city-Abuja. Our new Abuja office is now fully open to serve clients in the premium residential and commercial real estate space in both marketing and branding advisory capacity and sales/ leasing services.”
