Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON, has approved the appointment of Chief Aminu Kardu Tsigiya as Provost of the State College of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Ganye.

The appointment follows the recommendation of the College Governing Council after Chief Tsigiya emerged top in the selection examination.

Governor Fintiri also approved the appointments of Yusuf Haman’Adama as Registrar and Mustapha Baba Nasir as Librarian. The appointments take immediate effect.

While congratulating the new appointees, the Governor urged them to lead with integrity and dedication, and to work together to elevate the college through academic excellence, innovation, and community engagement. He emphasized the need to strengthen research and skills development to make the institution a centre of agricultural advancement in Adamawa and beyond.
