A leading real estate company in Nigeria has commenced work on one of its new mini estates with units ranging from 1  and 2 bedroom flats as well as 3/4 bed terraces as part of efforts in ensuring the availability of affordable luxury properties in the country.

The Homework Development and Properties Limited’s estate, which is located in Lekki area of Lagos, consists of 4No 4 bedroom semi-detached units; 19 No 4 bedroom terrace units; and 12 No 3 Bedroom terrace units.

Director of the company Jide Adekola said that the mini estate, which is currently ongoing and up for sale off plan, would feature innovative architectural designs.
