T Pumpy Concept Limited has reaffirmed its commitment to quality real estate development in Abuja as major infrastructure works continue to gain momentum at its Garden City estate in Karsana.

The company disclosed that extensive road construction and other critical infrastructure are progressing steadily, setting the stage for the next phase of development activities within the estate.

The Managing Director of T Pumpy Concept, Akintayo Adaralegbe, made this known while addressing journalists during an on-the-spot inspection of the Garden City project in Karsana, on Tuesday in Abuja.

He expressed satisfaction with the level of work executed so far, noting that the visible progress reflects the company’s dedication to meeting the expectations of its subscribers and delivering long-term value.

He stated, “At T Pumpy Concept Limited, client satisfaction remains at the core of operations, as the company’s developments are deliberately structured to make home ownership more accessible and affordable for Nigerians. The steady advancement of infrastructure has boosted subscribers’ confidence, with several clients already commencing construction on their plots.

“Following the level of preparedness on ground, we commenced the allocation of plots to Garden City subscribers last Saturday. This milestone represents a natural progression in the development timeline, driven by the company’s resolve to ensure that subscribers can seamlessly transition from land ownership to actual housing development.

“As a company we are encourage at the fact that some customers have already started building. In the coming months, we pray and expects to return to the site to commission completed houses, a development seen as a clear indication that its vision of making home ownership easy and affordable is gradually becoming a reality.

“We assure subscribers of Garden City, Karsana, that T Pumpy Concept remains unwavering in its commitment to high standards and quality delivery. Prior to his visit to the Garden City estate in Karsana, Adaralegbe had earlier inspected another T Pumpy Concept estate located at Katampe Extension, Abuja.

During the visit, he highlighted the need for innovative engineering solutions to address the unique features and technical demands of the terrain.

According to him, “the Katampe Extension project requires a high level of professional input and engineering creativity to achieve the desired outcome. And the estate would receive the detailed attention required to achieve excellent results, expressing confidence that subscribers would be proud of the outcome at completion.

“For all our estates, all statutory approvals and documentation required have been secured. Certificates of Occupancy and relevant building approvals have been duly obtained, underscoring the company’s emphasis on transparency, legality, and investor protection.”

The Managing Director of T Pumpy Concept added the infrastructure development across both the Karsana and Katampe estates will soon reach more advanced levels.

“We will continue to work tirelessly to ensure the timely delivery of standard infrastructure across all our projects, while preparing to introduce more opportunities for affordable and genuine land ownership in Abuja and other parts of Nigeria.
