Former MTN Nigeria’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr Andrew Bing, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Terragon Group. According to a statement from the company’s Managing Director, Elo Umeh, Bing is a telecommunications professional with a well-rounded profile in financial, business development and strategic planning, having worked for over 19 years within the MTN Group, eight of those years as CFO of MTN Nigeria.

He stated that Bing would bring his wealth of experience and contributions to strengthen the governance and over-sight functions of the board.

He is a chartered accountant and was previously a non-executive director on the Board of MTN Nigeria Foundation.
