MKH Properties Limited, a subsidiary of the MKH Group, has expanded its investment portfolio and is now into providing smart homes.

This is just as the real estate firm unveiled Stephanie Anene, a renowned and award-winning voice-over actress, as its media representative.

Speaking at the unveiling, The Chairman of MKH Group,  Dr Muibi Hammed, of MKH Properties Limited, said the best was yet to be seen from the group in terms of the provision of affordable smart homes for Nigerians.

“As a brand that is committed to providing value through real estate, we have taken actionable steps to communicate these values to our global audience by bringing on board Stephanie Anene as our media representative. We trust that this synergy will bring a human touch to the trail we blaze.”

He added that in the face of foreseeable economic challenges and other obstacles, his firm has made inroads into the real estate sector within the span of  three years.

“With a substantial foothold in sectors such as real estate, agriculture, retail (supermarket), production, and building construction, the group’s total value amounts to an impressive $40 million,” he added.

Formerly known as MKH Investment Limited, MKH Properties Limited, a subsidiary of the group,  was founded in 2020.

From its inception, the company said it has remained committed to assisting individuals, families, and businesses in seizing optimal real estate investment opportunities in Nigeria.

Dr Hammed further said in the past three years, MKH Properties Ltd has delivered 10 notable projects, including The Wealthy Place, The Wealthy Islet, Sunstone City Ibadan, Primehood Ibadan, Haven Phase 1-3, The Garnet, with several ongoing building projects, including Dariann Court near Lagos Business School.

“Additionally, in 2023, MKH Properties expanded its operations to the United Kingdom,” he said.
