Firm launched to boost Nigeria’s aviation sector

Hawaz International Dynamics Ltd has officially commenced operations, positioning itself as a new player in Nigeria’s aviation and travel services industry with a focus on aviation support, foreign airline representation, travel management, and consultancy services.

The company announced its launch following its incorporation by the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 on March 13, 2025.

In a statement issued in Abuja, the company said it aims to revolutionise Nigeria’s aviation ecosystem through operational excellence, innovation, and globally compliant aviation solutions.

According to the management, Hawaz International Dynamics was established to bridge operational gaps within the aviation sector by providing efficient and reliable support services to airlines, travellers, government institutions, and other industry stakeholders.

The company disclosed that it has secured operational recognitions and certifications from key aviation and travel regulatory bodies, including the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, International Air Transport Association, National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies, and the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria.

The firm said its service offerings cover foreign airline representation and operational support, processing of landing and overflight permits, aviation compliance and regulatory approvals, international travel management, airline ticketing, visa processing, Hajj and Umrah operations, as well as aviation consultancy and strategic advisory services.

Operating under its travel and tourism brand, Hawaz Travels and Tours, the company stated that it is licensed to provide travel solutions to corporate organisations, governments, religious pilgrims, and individual travellers.

Management of the company noted that one of its major strengths lies in the extensive industry experience of its leadership team, which collectively possesses over 80 years of aviation sector experience.

According to the statement, the Chairman of the company, Tai Hassan Ejibunu, previously served as Director of Air Transport Management at the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development.

The company said its operations would be guided by strict adherence to international aviation standards and regulatory frameworks established by ICAO, IATA, NCAA, and NAMA.

“Our vision is to revolutionize Nigeria’s aviation landscape through innovation, strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and deployment of modern technologies capable of unlocking the enormous untapped potential within the industry,” the statement said.

Hawaz International Dynamics also expressed readiness to collaborate with foreign airlines, aviation stakeholders, government agencies, travel organisations, and investors seeking operational support and aviation consultancy services within Nigeria and across Africa.

The company’s headquarters is located in Apo, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory.
