Springpet Homes has launched The Emerald, a new residential development in Ogombo, Lagos, with a focus on sustainability.
The unveiling took place on August 21 during the Root’s Legacy event, attended by real estate stakeholders, professionals, and prospective homeowners.
A key feature of the project is a pledge to plant 1,300 trees within the estate and its surroundings as part of its environmental plan. The development will also incorporate solar power, landscaped communal areas, and eco-friendly infrastructure.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Kenneth Reginald, Group Managing Director of Springpet Homes, said the project was designed to combine modern housing with environmental responsibility.
The Emerald will consist of fully detached bungalows and duplexes with boys’ quarters, supported by solar-powered infrastructure, 24-hour security, a gym, swimming pool, and landscaped open spaces. The estate also has a government-issued Certificate of Occupancy.
Springpet Homes said the project aligns with its commitment to building residential communities that integrate sustainability into urban development.
