Nezona Properties Ltd, a leading real estate development company in Abuja,has officially unveiled its latest luxury real estate development, NEZONA SIGNATURE RESIDENCE, an off-plan residential project located in the prestigious Katampe District of Abuja.
The project, which was formally launched on Monday, Ist of June, 2026, comprises five units of elegantly designed four-bedroom terraced duplexes with boys’ quarters. According to the company, the development is expected to be completed within 18 months.
Speaking during the unveiling ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of Nezona Properties Ltd, Emmanuel Arinze Ndueche, described the development as the company’s flagship off-plan investment initiative aimed at providing luxury properties in prime locations with flexible payment options for investors.
Ndueche explained that the project was carefully conceptualized to meet the growing demand for premium residential developments within the Federal Capital Territory, while also offering investors long-term value and attractive returns.
According to him, prospective buyers will have access to flexible payment plans spanning up to 15 months, making luxury real estate ownership more accessible to a wider range of investors.
“NEZONA SIGNATURE RESIDENCE was intentionally designed to be timeless, both in architectural appeal and investment value,” Ndueche stated. “We strategically selected Katampe because of its rapid growth, prime positioning, and its suitability for multiple residential and commercial purposes.”
He further noted that the development presents diverse usage opportunities for investors, including private residential living, short-let operations, and Airbnb hospitality services.
Katampe District, regarded as one of Abuja’s fastest-developing upscale neighborhoods, has increasingly attracted investors and developers due to its strategic location, modern infrastructure, and proximity to key parts of the Federal Capital City.
The unveiling ceremony was attended by members of staff of Nezona Properties Ltd and other stakeholders in the real estate sector, marking another milestone in the company’s growing presence within Nigeria’s property market.
