First guts bakery in Kwara
A bakery, Halbam, near Ita-Elepa Junction in Ilọrin West LGA of Kwara State, has been gutted by fire. A bakery, Halbam, near Ita-Elepa Junction in Ilọrin West LGA of Kwara State, has been gutted by fire.
It was gathered that fire originated from the traditional oven of the bakery around 6pm on Sunday.
The spokesman of the state fire service, Hassan Adekunle, said that, “Upon arrival, firefighters found the traditional bakery on fire. Despite the severity of the blaze, we were able to prevent it from spreading to the modern electric oven and nearby buildings.”
