MTV handpicked Mo’Cheddah to debut the Brand: New initiative after the buzz surrounding her solo single. Mo’Cheddah first came to the attention of MTV base when she featured on three major videos Purple”, The Finest and Capital Drama by Knighthouse.

Short information, descriptions, vignettes and cameos on Mo’cheddah shot in Lagos, Nigeria will be shown throughout July on MTV Base.
An undergraduate at the Creative Arts Department of the University of Lagos, Mo’cheddah’s debut album “Franchise Celebrity” is due an August 2010 release.
Mo’Cheddah is very passionate about Nigeria and being a Nigerian. She believes that Nigeria has a lot to offer the world and sees herself as the Nigerian entertainment ambassador to the international community, with a vision is to take Nigerian entertainment to the world stage and to showcase the wealth of talent and cultural richness of Nigeria, it looks like Mo’Cheddah is not doing badly.
Short vignettes and cameos of 19-year-old Mo’Cheddah, shot on location in Nigeria, will also feature regularly on MTV base throughout July.
