According to a publication by the Royal African Society, the panel session is scheduled for July 9, 2013 at the Westminster Houses of Parliament.
Gwandu was invited following a report released by the prestigious Royal Academy of Engineering, UK, the Africa All Party Parliament Group (Africa APPG) in Collaboration with the Royal Academy, as well as the Royal African Society, UK.
He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering Technology (IET), UK, and the Chairman of the Commonwealth ITU Group.
In addition to Gwandu, other speakers on the Panel include a leading Member of the Africa All Party Parliamentary Group and the Shadow Cabinet Office Minister, Rt. Hon. Chi Onwurah MP, the Head of Profession for Infrastructure, DFID -Mr Stephen Young and Mr Layth Irani of the SBMC Group.
