The coronation of the Olumoru-elect, Oba Oluwarotimi Obamuwagun Uwade, whose selection as the new Olumoru, the Ondo State Executive Council recently approved, will hold on December 21, 2019 at Umoru, Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State.
This announcement was contained in a release signed by the chairman, Coronation Committee, Chief Funsho Kupolokun, who is a former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.
Oba Obamuwagun, who defeated four other contestants for the throne, was once Deputy National President of the Nigeria Union of Journalists.
The new monarch worked with the Ondo State Radiovision Corporation for over 30 years in different capacities.
