Former Provost of Federal College of Education (Technical) Umunze, Anambra State, Professor Josephat Ogbuagu has expressed confidence in the ability of his successor, Dr Tessy Okoli to drive the college to a loftier heights.

He said Okoli, with over 25 years working experience in the College has the capacity and competence to bring about the needed transformation in the institution.

The former provost gave the commendation recently during a send-off organized in his honour by the 6th Governing Council and Management of the College.
