Foundation announces new date, expanded participation for regal influence summit

The KRIF Foundation has announced new dates for the Regal Influence Summit 2026, now scheduled for January 23–25, 2026, at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana.

The event, earlier slated for November 2025, was shifted in honour of the state burial of former First Lady H.E. Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings. Managing Director Awura Adjoa Okosun said the change reflects the Foundation’s respect for her legacy of service and leadership.

Held under the theme “Commanding Influence, Shaping Nations,” the Summit will convene presidents, first ladies, policymakers, diplomats, investors and traditional leaders from across Africa and the diaspora.

This edition will also spotlight Ghana–Nigeria relations, acknowledging Nigeria’s central role in West Africa’s political and socio-economic landscape.

Key features will include leadership masterclasses, policy roundtables, investment networking sessions, a gala night and the launch of initiatives such as the Regal Mentorship Programme, Widow’s Empowerment Fund, Scholarship Initiatives, Braille Literacy Project and Interfaith Dialogue Platform.

The Foundation says the 2026 Summit aims to strengthen continental partnerships, deepen governance and business collaboration, and advance its broader mission of ethical, transformational leadership across Africa.
