The Velocity Humanitarian Foundation has disbursed N44,349,822.50 million for final registration fees of Gombe State indigenes studying at Gombe State University for the Second Semester.
This financial intervention is part of Velocity Humanitarian Foundation continued commitment to supporting education, reducing financial burdens, and empowering students across the state.
This was contained in a statement Tuesday by Sen. Safiyanu Existing, Foundation Secretary for Foundation.
The breakdown of the disbursement shows Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences: N13,263,822.50, Faculty of Education: N7,120,000, Faculty of Law: N1,820,000 and College of Medical Sciences: N3,727,000.
Others are Faculty of Pharmacy: N1,120,000 and Faculty of Science: N17,299,000.
According to the statement, all affected students are advised to remain calm and patient as the credited amounts will reflect on their university dashboards shortly.
It stated that the Foundation remains committed to supporting the academic journey of Gombe State students and fostering opportunities for their success.
It stressed that the intervention will be extended to other institutions in the Gombe State and beyond.
