The initiative, facilitated by the Borno State Emergency Management Agency (BOSEMA), operates under the esteemed leadership and blessings of His Excellency, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, the Executive Governor of Borno State.

It aligns with the governor’s continuous efforts to ensure that no vulnerable citizen is left behind during this sacred period of fasting and reflection.

Present were the Managing Director, Dr. Babagana Mohammed Adam; the Project Director, Dr. Abba Damuna; and the Project Manager, Dr. Mustapha Gambomi. Their presence underscored the Group’s hands-on approach to ensuring the success of its humanitarian programmes.
