The Omobolanle and Victor Laniyan Foundation (OVL Foundation) has celebrated four of its Board Members and three Advisory Council Members who received the prestigious Honorary Doctorates and Ambassadorial Awards, recognizing their unwavering commitment to the foundation’s mission.
The honorees, comprise the Foundation’s Chairman, Dr. Victor Laniyan, Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Omobolanle Victor-Laniyan, and select Board and Advisory Members, Dr. Olufemi Ayodele, Dr. Jude Igundunase, Amb. Oyinlola Babatunde, Amb. Dr.
Victor Okhai, and Amb. Oluwakayode Alakunle, who have been instrumental in shaping national and regional interventions in education, health, environmental sustainability, women empowerment, economic inclusion, and youth development.
On the occasion of a Thanksgiving Service filled with gratitude and reflection, Co-Founder and CEO Dr. Omobolanle Victor-Laniyan expressed appreciation for the honourees and the entire OVL Foundation community. She emphasized that the foundation’s successes are built on teamwork, compassion, and divine guidance.
“This day belongs to all of us,” she said. “Our volunteers, partners, and supporters form the bedrock of our achievements. It is our unity of purpose that continues to open global doors for this foundation.”
Dr. Victor-Laniyan urged team members to embrace the honours as motivation to serve even more boldly, reaffirming the foundation’s commitment to vulnerable communities and sustainable social impact.
She concluded with a message of faith and hope: “Though the world is changing rapidly, we are excited at the opportunities that change provides. With God as our guide, OVL Foundation will continue to shine its light and impact lives positively.”
