Foundation to empower 30 women with disabilities in FCT

A foundation, Steps to the Top Leadership Center (STLC) has said that it is targeting to empower 30 women living with disabilities in the FCT under its ‘Thinkable 2’ Project.

The founder and Executive Director of STLC, Dr. Teresa Nwachukwu, said this on Saturday in Abuja at the Thinkable 2, mentors orientation program for those that would work with the women beneficiaries.

She said that the Mentorship Orientation is part of Project Thinkable 2, which will run for one year and is being sponsored by the Voice Nigeria, under OXFAM International foundation.

On his part, the Project Officer, Thinkable 2, Mr. Simon Nkemdilim Ozioko, said that the programme was targeted at the vulnerable to better their lots and by extension, the society.
