The Board of Directors of the Franco-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has appointed Moses Umoru as its director general.
In a statement, the FNCCI said Umoru joined the organisation in January 2016 as the programmes/communications director.
The chamber noted that he was appointed due to his outstanding service as the interim director general in September 2016.
He had worked as a research analyst for Forthright Securities and Investment Limited (member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) in 2013 and moved to the corporate affairs department as the assistant head of Forthright Group of Companies.
Umoru obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Benin and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
