The Group Chief Executive Officer, CEO of FSDH, Segun Odusanya, has revealed plans to expand its subsidiaries within the financial sector both nationally and internationally.
The GCEO stated this during the 20-year celebration of one of its four subsidiaries – PAL Pensions – expressing the firm’s commitment to improve its services to clients and shareholders.
“Now in terms of FSDH group, of course, we are very open, everything is on the table. We are looking at the expansion within the Nigerian environment, in all the businesses that we do. Right now we have four subsidiaries. We have a bank, we have a pension company, we have an asset management and a capital market company.
“But there are plans to expand within those businesses. Also, there are plans to look at other businesses within the financial sector, both locally and internationally. And we are committed to this environment, clients, and at the end of the day, we believe that all this will enhance returns to our shareholders,” he said.

He attributed the success of the PAL Pensions’ existence for two decades to the commitment and dedication of the staff, saying that the firm is poised for innovation to deliver efficiencies to retirees.
“Now we are 20, business is a great concern, which means that we want to be there for another 20, 60 years, 80 and 100 years. I want to continue to do the excellent things that we’re doing in terms of giving retirees maximum returns.
“We should look up to innovation, efficiency, excellent service, and it is all about returns, returns to retirees, making sure that retirees, retire very well,” he said.
The Acting Managing Director, Pension Alliance Limited, Sa’adu Jijji, assured improved service delivery to their clients.
“Exceptional customer service is what is our focus this year. And we want to be that distinctive PFA that renders exceptional customer service to our customers,” he said.
