Traditionally, the final bill is not announced until the event begins.But this year’s announcement comes days after the final batch of tickets for the music festival at Worthy Farm, Somerset, sold out.

“This is it!” said Eavis. “The most staggering line up to match the 40-year reputation of the festival.”Vampire Weekend, Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson will all play the Pyramid Stage on Friday, which is headlined by U2.

The Scissor Sisters will play before Muse on the main stage on Saturday, while Pet Shop Boys will perform on the Other Stage.Paloma Faith and Faithless are lined up to play Sunday, when Stevie Wonder headlines.The full list of performers across 12 stages can be seen on the festival’s website.
