FULL LIST: Gov suspends 25 commissioners, 50 others for missing official event

Governor Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi state has suspended 85 political appointees for allegedly failing to attend an important government function.

Those affected to Uzor Mto, the governor’s Chief Press Secretary,  include 25 commissioners, 14 senior special assistants, 24 special assistants, and 22 permanent secretaries.

In a statement, Mto said the officials will proceed on a one-month working suspension without salary.
