The chief presenter of the book is Delta State Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan while Secretary to the Government to the Federation, Anyim Pius Anyim will be the chairman.
Senate President David Mark is expected to be the father of the day, while Speaker of the House of Representatives Aminu Waziri Tambuwal will be the special guest of honour.
Other dignitaries expected at the event are Lagos Governor Babatunde Fashola (host governor), Chairman, Slok Group, Chief Orji Uzor Kalu (chief host), Managing Director, Famfa Oil, Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija (guest speaker).
