Former heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury will return to the ring on 11 April, facing Arslanbek Makhmudov in the UK as he comes out of retirement once again.
The bout, which will be shown live on Netflix, will be Fury’s first fight since losing his rematch with unified champion Oleksandr Usyk in December 2024.
The 37-year-old Briton announced his retirement a month later but confirmed his comeback earlier this month. Makhmudov, a 36-year-old Russian, has won 21 of his 23 professional fights and defeated Britain’s Dave Allen in October.
Fury has not boxed in the UK since December 2022, when he beat Derek Chisora at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
He holds a record of 34 wins, two losses and one draw, with 24 knockouts.
