Students were seen attending lectures, while other activities within the campus are gradually booming.
The registrar/secretary to the senate of the institution Mr. Orje Ishgh – Nor told Daily Trust that students were asked to return to the campus on January 5, 2014, to commence examination  on January 13.
The registrar also announced that the 2013/2014 academic session will begins immediately after examinations.
Some of the students who spoke to Daily Trust expressed delight for returning to classes after a very long time.
They extolled the quick response by FUTO for resuming to academic activities.
When contacted the chairman of ASUU, FUTO chapter, Comrade Ikenna Nwachukwu commended lecturers for resuming to classes in time.
