Kano state governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has condoled with former governor, Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, over the death of his younger brother, Comrade Inuwa Musa Kwankwaso.
Inuwa died on Sunday and was buried on Monday.
In a statement signed by the commissioner for Information, Malam Muhammad Garba, the governor described the death of the trained agricultural engineer as a loss not only to his immediate family but to the state and the nation in general.
He stated that late Comrade Kwankwaso distinguished himself as a dedicated civil servant before his retirement, particularly when he served at the Afforestation Programme where he spent many years.
Ganduje prayed Allah Almighty to grant his soul Aljannah Firdausi and the entire family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
