Kano state Governor, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has stated that his government will come up with new strategy of governance that will ensure a continuation with the good things it started for a better Kano state.

A statement signed by Chief Press Secretary to the state governor, Malam Abba Anwar indicated that the governor made the assertion when the 44 local councils’ chairmen in the state paid him congratulatory and solidarity visit after his emergence as the winner of the re-run gubernatorial election in the state, at Kano government house.

The statement added that, the leader of the delegation and the Chairman of Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Kano state branch, Nassarawa local government Chairman, Alhaji Lamin Sani, assured the governor of their support for the development of the state.

“We will keep on giving you our support all the time. This election shows how dear we are to our people, because of the good policies of your administration.”

“We are happy to have you as our mentor. You are indeed a role model for our political and all aspects of our life. We have in you, a true compatriot and a leader,” Lamin said in the statement.
