Wife of the owner of Monaco Gas in Lafia, Mrs. Benedicta Nnona, will be charged to court for illegal sale of cooking gas in a residential area and for employing minors.
Benedicta is the wife of Mr. Maxwell Nnona, owner of Monaco LPG Gas that exploded and led to the death of dozens of people in September 10, 2018 in Lafia.
The commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NDDC) in Nasarawa State, Mahmud Gidado Fari said Mr. Nnona was still at large after the incident, but the NSCDC and other security agencies are collaborating in the manhunt.
