General Tarfa’s revised autobiography set to be released

General Paul Chabri Tarfa’s autobiography titled ‘A Profile in Courage: Let the Truth Be Told’, will  be launched on May 15, 2018 in Shehu Musa Yar’adua Centre, Abuja by 10am under the distinguished chairmanship of his royal highness, the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Sanusi Lamido Sanusi II.

The book is a memoir of Tarfa, a retired Major General of the Nigerian Army. He recounts his upbringing in Garkida, his choice of a career in the army, and his active participation in the military through the civil war until his retirement in 1988. The first edition was presented to the public ten years ago and this revised version was published in view of restating his truth to today’s Nigeria. The decorated war hero called on others to write their autobiographies so the truth would be told, and for the development of the country.
