Glo subscriber from different parts of the country have applauded the enhanced services on the network, with the majority of them commending the improved quality of calls and unique data plans.

Similarly, the respondents identified the speed and reliability of connectivity as well as the unmatched value offerings available on the network, such as Glo Yakata and Oga SIM, as qualities endearing the network to them.

The grandmasters of data recently carried out a massive and comprehensive upgrade of its facilities across Nigeria to optimize its efficiency and improve the experience of subscribers on the network.

Reacting to the improved quality of services on the Glo network, an Abuja-based banker, Ismail Abdul, disclosed that his experience on the network has been pleasurable, especially in the last six months.  “Glo internet service has improved considerably. I also make all my calls on Glo now. The calls are smoother and clearer and I am hundred percent with Glo”, he said.

From Sokoto, Hadiza Bala, a student of  the University of  Sokoto, attested to the improved quality of Glo network. According to her, “Glo really surprised me with its services, the call has not only improved, the data is also very fast, the company should keep it up.”

In the same vein, Mrs Adaora Okechukwu, a Lafia-based nurse summed up her experience on the Glo network thus: “I have been on Glo network from inception and I can attest to the fact that things have improved. Calls go through easily while the speed of connectivity is steady and reliable, So far, so good.”

Similarly, Bashir Umar, a retired civil servant resident in Kaduna enthused: “Indeed, Glo internet service has further improved in recent times. I only switched to Globacom about five months ago due to ineffectiveness of the other networks and my experience is fantastic. I use data heavily and so far the service has been very pleasant. Glo is the network of choice.”
