The Kebbi Progressive Youths (KEPYO) has commended Governor Nasir Idris for what it described as the successful conduct of the All Progressives Congress (APC) state congress in Kebbi.

Speaking with journalists in Birnin Kebbi, the group’s spokesperson, Comrade Hamisu Sani, said the peaceful and orderly exercise reflected the governor’s commitment to internal party democracy and inclusive leadership.

Sani noted that the smooth conduct of the congress and the broad acceptance of its outcome by party stakeholders demonstrated unity within the state chapter of the APC.

According to Sani, the development underscores Governor Idris’ ability to provide firm leadership while fostering consensus among party members.

He further stated that the outcome of the congress has strengthened the party’s structure ahead of future political engagements, urging members to sustain the spirit of cooperation and loyalty to the party’s ideals.
