Governor Abubakar appoints new Accountant General

Governor Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar has appointed Alhaji Abubakar Sa’idu Abubakar as the new Accountant General for Bauchi State.

 

The appointment was disclosed ‎in a statement in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) ,Alhaji Mohammed Nadada Umar.

 

Abubakar replaces ‎Yusuf Ibrahim Gokaru who retired a while ago.

 

The new Accountant General Is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants (ECA) and a certified member of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRSS)

 

The appointment takes immediate effect
