The General Manager of Osun-CSDP, Mrs Abokede Aderonke Funmi, has disclosed that the state government in conjunction with the World Bank through Osun Community and Social Development Projects (Osun-CSDP) committed N109.3m on 48 socially inclusive micro-projects in the state.
She said this in Osogbo, the state capital during the inauguration of four Socially Inclusive Micro-Projects at the School of Persons with Special Needs in Osogbo, the state capital.
She noted that the micro projects would continue to contribute to the achievements of the state’s development plan.
Governor Oyetola while inaugurating the micro projects, including the Braille Press center for the blind, the girls’ hostel, the fence of the school and six tricycles to ease transportation of the physically challenged persons, commended the Osun-CSDP. He assured persons with disabilities in the state that they would not be forgotten by his administration.
