Group Seeks Government’s Technical Collaboration To Empower 1 Million Nigerians

In a bid to address concerns raised by the #EndBadGovernment protesters, a non governmental organization under the auspices of the solidarity empowerment initiative has expressed it desire to partner with the federal government to provide lasting solution to the biting hunger in the land.

In a statement signed by the National Empowerment Mobilisation Officer, Joseph Dominion, the group indicated that using the existing structures and resources, more than one million Nigerians from across the country can be effectively empowered for self sufficiency at very minimal cost.

He said driving sustainable development requires cost effective solution that will alleviate both hunger and starvation across Nigeria.

The group said while protest is the constitutional rights of every Nigerian, Constructive engagement with government at all levels is the only way the current Economic challenges can be addressed.

The hunger protests continue in some parts of the country on Sunday despite the nationwide broadcast by president Bola Tinubu.
